14 Day Returns and Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges for all items and all issues and offer free pick-ups anywhere in India provided two simple conditions are met:

  1. The request is made within 14 days of delivery.
  2. The item is unused, with all tags attached, and the invoice and original packaging are included.

Your Options

  • Exchange for the same item in a different size. (faster!)
  • Store credits that can be used on any future order. 
  • Cash refunds are discouraged. If you still prefer one, we deduct ₹150 to cover shipping charges.

Items Not Eligible for Returns

  • Products already exchanged or replaced once, unless it is only for a size change.
  • Products bought entirely with store credits (except size exchange).
  • SALE items and items marked “Ineligible for Returns” on their product pages.

How to Start a Return

  1. Visit the Returns Portal - https://lobhadeepthis.com/pages/returns-and-exchanges
  2. Log in with the email/phone and Order ID. Follow the steps on-screen; your return will be auto-processed in the background and pickup will be initiated by the system.
  3. The courier partner will typically collect the package within 24–72 hours, depending on service availability in your area. 
  4. Pack the item securely with tags, invoice, and original packaging.

    If you opt for store credits, we may reach out to you once more to understand your reason for return before initiating pick up.

What Happens Next

  • Transit to our warehouse takes 3–7 days.
  • Our team inspects the item on arrival.If it passes the quality check, we dispatch your replacement or issue store credits
  • For size exchanges, message us after pick-up and we will ship the replacement as soon as the courier collects your parcel. (This fast-track option is only for size exchanges.) Out-of-Service Pin Codes

If our courier cannot pick up from your area: 

  • Ship the item yourself and send us the courier bill.
  • We reimburse the full shipping fee if you furnish the bill or ₹100 if not.

Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified before dispatch (usually within 24 hours).
  • We cannot cancel a dispatched order already in transit. 
  • If you no longer wish to receive it, simply refuse the delivery when it arrives
  • When the parcel returns to us, we process your refund. 

International Orders

For international orders, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges.

In exceptional cases where a return is approved:

  • The customer will bear the cost of return shipping, customs duties, and any additional charges.
  • To avoid international shipping charges, you may return the item through someone you know who is travelling to India. Please inform our team in advance if you plan to do so.
