Shipping Policy

Our clothing is meticulously crafted with great attention to detail, ensuring that you receive a high-quality product. Although our clothing is not bespoke, each piece is thoughtfully made at our production centre, with absolute attention, using only the finest materials and exceptional stitching and finishing techniques. 

  • All the products online are ready for dispatch and will dispatch within 4 days.

  • Note that we can dispatch items in priority if there's an urgency. Urgent orders are handled on a case to case basis. Please contact our support team on WhatsApp or Email for assistance.

  • Domestic shipping: To all states and regions in India. Primary carriers are DTDC and Speed Post. LD may, in its sole discretion, effectuate delivery to customers on their own without engaging logistic partners. Tracking details will be sent to customers via Email once the order is dispatched. Customers can also track using their Order ID or Tracking ID on Track Your Order portal.

  • Shipping charges: Calculated at checkout depending on the weight and location.

  • Domestic Shipping time: Once dispatched, domestic orders are delivered within 3-7 days depending on location and carrier speed, with up to 2 delivery attempts made. The delivery date provided is an approximation and LD is not responsible for delays caused by the carriers. However, customers can notify LD through the customer query link on order tracking or on WhatsApp.

  • Home Delivery: We always strive to make sure orders are delivered to your doorstep, however we cannot guarantee as it is subject to carrier policy and location. To check whether item will be delivered to your home, please connect with us on WhatsApp or Email with your Pincode.

  • Urgent Dispatch: We can dispatch items earlier if urgent. Urgent orders are handled on a case to case basis. Please contact our support team for assistance.

  • Pickup: Pickup is free of cost and available at our offline store located in Changanacherry. For pickup, select pickup option in checkout. Order will be ready for pickup within 10-14 days and customers will an email once the item is ready for pickup. In-store pickup hours are 2.00 PM to 8.30 PM on all days of the week. Please have your order no and email with you when you come.

  • Cash on Delivery: COD is not available currently. However, we are looking to offer COD option in the future. You will receive the update when COD launches.

  • International Shipping: We have worldwide shipping. Primary carriers for International Orders are EMS Speed Post, DTDC and DHL. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    Once dispatched, International Shipping will take 7-16 days depending on the destination country and carrier speed. The delivery date provided is an approximation and LD is not responsible for delays caused by the carriers.

    • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Deepthi's Creations is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

  • Shipping Address: Customer must provide accurate shipping information, including landmarks and phone number, to ensure successful delivery. LD is not liable for delivery delays or failures due to incomplete information.

  • Order Status: You will receive E-Mail/SMS/WhatsApp message along with the tracking information when your order is shipped. Check your spam folder if you are unable to find the email. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Customers can also check the customer profile on website, or track using their Order ID or Tracking ID on Track Your Order portal.

  • Order not delivered: If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your tracking details, please contact us at +91 75101 80008 or email us at care@lobhadeepthis.com with your name, order number, phone number and tracking id, and we will look into it for you.
