Simple Sizing Guide: For Bottoms, go with the same size as that of the Top, as bottoms are done in proportion. The Waist and Hip measurements will remain the same for bottom.

Do not go one size down from your Top wear unless the measurements indicate otherwise. One size down approach has been wrong for 80% of customers. 

Waist measurement is measured around your Belly Button (where most women prefer to wear the bottom- same measurement you use to buy jeans, pants and shorts).

  • Almost all bottoms have standard length of 37 inches unless otherwise mentioned in the description. 
  • Pencil pants are half elastic with padi while Straight Pants are fully elastic. 
  • Pencil pants come with a single spacious pocket while straight pants have two pockets, one on each side.
How to Choose?
  • If you are on the borderline between two sizes, choose the larger size for a relaxed loose fit. Do not go one size down from LD Kurtas, bottoms are done in proportion and one size down bottoms will be tight for 90% of women.
  • If your thighs are not proportionate or, happen to be larger than the typical measurements, opting for a Straight cut Pants can provide a more relaxed and airy fit.
  • For Bottoms, you can go with the same size as that of the Kurti, as bottoms are done in proportion. The waist and hip measurements will remain the same for bottom.
  • Regular FabIndia customers may go one size up from their usual size to get the best fit. For example, FabIndia L size is our XL or 2XL is our 3XL.

Please note that many of our products, especially Cottons and other natural fibres are dyed using natural dyes, which may bleed during the initial few washes or rub against the skin and other light-coloured garments.

Additionally, slight variations in hand block-printing, embroidery work, and stitching may occur, which are the unique characteristics of handmade products and give each style its individual identity.

Our hand embroidery are crafted in such a way that even if one embroidery bead falls off due to rough handling, the other beads connected to it will not loosen up or fall off.

Please keep in mind that our products are professionally photographed under controlled lighting conditions, which can affect the perception of colours. Variations in colours may occur depending on factors such as shot angles, lighting, background tones, and colour temperatures. However, we always strive to match the tones as closely as possible to the original product colours.
